Being in real estate sales I meet many builders and developers and my personal experiences with Ramu have been outstanding. I have found Ramu to be both honest, reliable and more importantly his workmanship is always excellent, so much so that I engaged Ramu to build my own property. The process was entirely stress free and once again the finishes were excellent. There were always tradespeople onsite and the job was finished on time. Importantly Ramu is always easily contactable by phone or email and any missed calls were always returned promptly. I highly recommend Ramu and Hollyhock constructions for anybody considering building.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Ramu on two projects and we’ve been very happy with the outcome of both.  From the design stages through to the planning and actual build Ramu takes a very hands on approach to the job and is there every step of the way to guide you through the process.  His knowledge on designing spacious and high end homes is second to none.

Our first project with Ramu was a period style home which was a rebuild with only the front façade staying, Ramu meticulously blended the new in with the old to create a seamless finished product.   The house was transformed from a single story period home to a double story 4 bedroom family home with the finished product paying homage to the original period home.

Given we were so thrilled with the first project we worked with Ramu again to build a new house which again has been very well planned and the finished product has produced a high end home with fantastic finishes and design features.

We couldn’t recommend Ramu enough, he is a fantastic builder who certainly knows his craft.
